Do I need to register as member before ordering?

Yes.

You will be rewarded with a RM10 discount promo code (via email) for your first order (RM50 and above) upon signing up.

How can I change my login email address?

You will not be able to change your login email address yourself.
Please send us an email at sales@aishop.com.my and our technical team will change it for you.

How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on this link http://www.misclaire.com/forgotpassword.php
Fill up your login email, and click reset. A new password will be sent to your mailbox.
 
If you failed to reset your password through the given link, please email us at sales@aishop.com.my and we will manually reset it for you.

Can I order through WhatsApp or Facebook?

Yes. Besides ordering from our website, you can order through:

 Please order through only ONE channel (preferably through website) to avoid making a duplicate order or other confusion.

How do I make an order?

Follow these steps to complete your order: 
  1. Browse the website for the items you want to order
  2. On the item, choose the colour and size you want, and click Add to Cart (you may add on quantity in the "shopping cart")
  3. Once you have chosen all your items, click on the “shopping cart” to review the items
  4. Once you have checked and confirmed that all your items are correct, click “checkout”
  5. If you have not logged in, you will come across a login page (if you are still not a member, please click the "sign up" link to register)
  6. Fill up all your information and the voucher / promo code (if any), then click “Skip to Next Step”
  7. Lastly, review your delivery address & items again before clicking on the button “Confirm Order”
  8. Done! Your order is completed and you will be given an order number (please keep this as reference)
  9. You will also receive a confirmation email
  10. Proceed to make payment within 48 hours

How do i know if my order is successful?

You will be brought to a confirmation page with an order number if you have ordered successfully.

If you are not sure or have accidentally skipped the page, you may also check it from your member’s account. All your orders are listed there

I added an item into my shopping cart a few days ago and now it is gone / out of stock. Why?

Adding an item into your shopping cart does not mean you have ordered or reserved the item. It can disappear from your shopping cart anytime, depending on your browser’s cached setting. You may not be able to order the same item again if it is out of stock.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel the order anytime as long as you have not paid for it.
If you have paid, and you change your mind, please email sales@aishop.com.my before we post your parcel, our customer service team will help you cancel your order and refund the balance to you in store credits.

It is not possible to cancel your order if we have already send out your parcel.

Cash refund is not available.

How do I cancel an item from my order?

It is not possible to cancel an item (or some of the items) from your order. You can only cancel the entire order.

If you have not paid yet, you may cancel the entire order, and re-order again.

How do I add items to my order after checking out?

Adding items to your order is not possible after your order is confirmed.
If you have not paid, you may cancel the entire order, and re-order again.
If you have already paid, please email sales@aishop.com.my before we process your order, and our customer service team will assist you.

Adding items to your order is not possible after we have processed your order. You may make a separate order.

Can I change the delivery address?

You can only change your delivery address if we haven't posted your parcel.
Please email sales@aishop.com.my and provide us your order number and new address.
If we have already shipped out your order, you will have to contact the courier company yourself.

How to make payment?

You can pay either by :
  1. Direct Online Bank Transfer (Maybank / CIMB)
  2. Bank counter bank in / ATM Transfer (Maybank / CIMB)
  3. Credit Card (MOL Payment Gateway)
  4. Paypal (for ordering amount RM100 & above only)

When should I pay for my order?

You may pay immediately once you have made the order to avoid any delay in delivery.

Do you provide COD?

No. Very sorry we don't offer COD at this moment. You will have to pay upfront before we ship out with courier.

How long can you reserve the order for me?

Usually we will reserve the unpaid order for 48 hours only. In case you are not able to pay within 2 days, kindly email to sales@aishop.com.my and we will try our best to reserve the order for you up to 7 days subject to stock availability.

ATM only accepts RM10 notes, would you refund my balance?

Yes, normally we will refund the balance in voucher. If you wish us to refund you cash, please make the remark in your order, and we will attach the balance in your parcel. However we don't responsible on any cash lost if it happened to your parcel.

Is the price included postage?

All the prices listed in our website are postage excluded.

How much is the postage fee?

  • West Malaysia (semenanjung) : RM6 (free postage if purchase RM60 & above)
  • East Malaysia (sabah, sarawak, labua) : RM12 (free postage if purchase RM120 & above)
  • For international shipping, the postage is charged per weight. Please add the item into the shopping cart, and there is a link for you to calculate postage.

Do you ship worldwide?

Nope. We only covered a few countries like Singapore, Brunei & Australia. If you wish to ship the country out of our coverage, please email to sales@aishop.com.my and we will work out the postage for you manually

When will you ship out my order after I pay?

Our cutoff time is 10.30am Monday to Friday. If you pay before our cut-off time, we will process your order on the same day. But the processing could take up to 2 days depends on the volume for the orders. Usually we will try our best to ship out everything on the same day. 

If your order is paid after the cut-off time, it will be processed on the next business day.

When will I receive my parcel?

Usually once the parcel is shipped out from our warehouse, it will take 1-3 days to reach you depends on the delivery area and the delivery volume of the courier company. If you do not receive any parcel from the courier after 3 days, please contact the courier company. You may also check your parcel location through their website. All the delivered orders will be provided with tracking number via email.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once we shipped out the order, you will be receiving the email notification from us. Usually we are able to ship out your order within 1-2 days, if your order still remains unsent after 2 days, please contact us immediately.

Can I have the tracking number?

Can I do self-collection?

No. we are sorry, we do not honor self-collection for this moment

Sure, for any reason, you can return back the item to us by sending back the item to us together with the return form. Please read our Return Policy for more.

Don't worry, please snap a picture of the faulty item and send to sales@aishop.com.my. Our customer service team will assist you from there. For more, you may also refer to our Return Policy.

Don't worry, please contact our customer service team sales@aishop.com.my. We will investigate and make the resend if it’s our mistake.

No. We operate online only, if you are interested with our products, please kindly order online.

Are those items ready stock?

Yes, everything is our website is ready stock unless it’s stated otherwise.

Can I buy in bulk (wholesale) from you?

Can you give discount?

Sorry, the price in our website is fixed price and is very reasonable. You may signup as our member for the first time RM5 discount, or please join our facebook page, as we will announce it in facebook when we are having sale.

What are the points for?

Every RM1 you spent with us will be rewarded with 1 point. Collect up to 300 points so you can redeem your points with voucher and we will upgrade your membership for permanent member's discount too. Points will only be added into your account after 2 weeks the parcel being delivered to you and your order status change from Delivered to Completed.

How to get member’s discount?

Your membership will be upgraded automatically once you collected 300 points in your account. Please refer to the chart below for the member’s discount.
