Return Policy

At Mis Claire, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase to us subjects to the conditions below:

  1. All items must be returned in unworn & unwashed condition with TAGS ATTACHED.
  2. Clearance items with "non-returnable" remark CANNOT be returned.
  3. Return via courier service. For walk-ins, only return during office hours and NOT boutique operation hours. You cannot exchange items with boutique stock.
  4. Returns must be posted within 7 working days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM. This form must be read carefully and filled in accordingly.
  5. If you do not comply to our policy, we reserve the right to charge a 10% penalty fee.

Exchange

  1. We will refund you in store credits to purchase the items that you want. Store credits will be automatically deducted from your next online purchase.
  2. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping back the item to us.

Change of mind / Not suitable 

  1. Yes, you may send back to us together with the Return Form which we attached in the parcel. 
  2. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping back the item to us.

Defect / Faulty

  1. If the item you receive is defected, kindly snap a picture of the item and email to sales@aishop.com.my
  2. We will offer a DEFECT DISCOUNT which worth 20% of the price you paid. For example, if your defected item costs RM69, so you will receive a discount voucher worth RM13.80. If you do not wish to accept the DEFECT DISCOUNT, you may still return the item to us and we will make the full refund or exchange for you. Original shipping cost will NOT be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping back the item to us.
  3. Un-trimmed thread, minor stain (washable), button loosen, and color difference are not considered as defects. You may still return it to us under the reason "change of mind".
  4. Quality is something very subjective, and we reserve the rights to finalize the item as defected or not.

Wrong Delivery

  1. If the item you receive is not what you ordered, kindly inform us by emailing sales@aishop.com.my 
  2. Please also let us know what you have received, and we will investigate.
  3. If we have verified that it is our mistake for sending the wrong item, please kindly send back the wrong item to us by using the Return Form.
  4. Once we received the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you.
  5. We will bear the shipping cost for both ways + an additional RM5 discount voucher for you.
