Return Policy
At Mis Claire, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase to us subjects to the conditions below:
  1. All items must be returned in unworn & unwashed condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
  2. Underwear, jewelry, skincare, cosmetics, NG ITEMS, SALE ITEMS cannot be returned.
  3. Only return via courier service is allowed as we do not honor any walk-ins.
  4. The value of the voucher is equal to the total amount of your returned item(s) and it’s valid for 365 days.
  5. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM.


  1. Exchange of size or color is not allowed, you will have to return the item to us for voucher, and you may utilize the voucher by make a new order for the correct size or color.
  2. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping back the item to us.

Change of mind / Not suitable / dislike

  1. Yes, you may send back to us together with the return form which we attached in the parcel.

Defect / Faulty

  1. If the item you receive is not perfect, kindly snap a picture of the item and email to
  2. Our customer service team will refer to the picture and categorized your item as minor or major defect.
  3. For minor defect (minor tear, minor stain, missing buttons, improper sew), we will offer a DEFECT DISCOUNT which worth 30% of the selling price. For example, a dress cost RM69, and you will receive a discount voucher worth RM20.70 if we categorized the item as minor defect. If you do not wish to accept the DEFECT DISCOUNT, you may still return the item to us and we will make the full refund to you as usual but buyer bears the cost of shipping back the item to us.
  4. For major defect (visible stain, complete tear, visible hole), we will refund you directly in voucher without any return. You may keep the item, donate it to charity unit or send for recycle.
  5. Un-trimmed threat, minor stain (washable), button loosen, and color difference are not considered as defect. You may still return it to us under the reason change of mind / not suitable / dislike
  6. Quality is something very subjective, our customer service reserves the final rights to categorize the item as MINOR or MAJOR defect.

Wrong Delivery

  1. If the item you receive is not what you'd ordered, kindly inform us by email
  2. Please also let us know what you have received, and we will do the investigation on the wrong delivery.
  3. If we have verified that it's our mistake for sending the wrong item, please kindly send back the wrong item to us by using the return form
  4. Once we received the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you.
  5. We will bare the shipping cost for both way + an additional RM5 discount voucher for you.
